An uncoated finish lets the paper's natural texture come through. Woodfree and rough-gloss premium stocks absorb ink well, so stamping and handwriting stay clean.

Rectangle cut needs no separate die or finishing fee, making it the most cost-effective option. It fits cleanly anywhere — box sealing, labeling, or everyday stickers.

Embossing — When a logo is embossed onto a natural-toned sticker, raised dimension layers over warm color and turns a single label into something that carries care. Even on a small surface, the embossed shadow falls softly, drawing out a calm mood.

Die-Cut — Cutting a naturally textured sticker into a non-rectangular shape turns the way it sits on the surface into a design element. When irregular outlines like leaves, stars, or labels meet warm paper tones, the result steps out of plain-label territory.

How to Prepare Your Files

Trim Size Safety Zone Design Size

Trim Size The final finished size.

Safety Zone Keep at least 3mm (0.12 inch) inside the trim size on all sides.

Design Size Includes extra bleed area needed to produce the trim size.

Use "Custom Size" to enter your desired size.

Keep at least 3mm (0.12 inch) between the trim line and safety zone.

It may be better to extend the bleed area more generously.
More is better than less.

Example Order Sticker Size: 90 × 50mm (3.54 × 1.97 inch)

→ Safety zone: 84×44mm (3.31×1.73 inch)

Do not work at 1:1
with the trim line.

Trimming tolerance may cause uneven white borders.

White Ink Printing Setup

4-Color (CMYK) Printing White Ink Printing CMYK + White Ink

▲ The white ink area should be 0.2mm (0.01 inch) smaller than the CMYK area, created at K100%.
▲ If CMYK and white ink areas are 1:1, registration shift may cause slight white ink overflow.
▲ Separate the CMYK and white ink layers. Submit in order: CMYK first, then white ink.
