Dedicated runs put your order alone on the plate, so color variation is minimal and you can attend a press check. Gang runs combine multiple orders for lower prices, but with possible color variation.
Thin paper lets light through like a curtain; thicker paper blocks it. For basic info flyers, thin is fine; for premium promo flyers, go thicker. Keep in mind that thicker paper costs more.
