Finishing Options

Gloss Coating — A glossy coating that delivers vivid colors and dynamic print quality. Especially effective for photos and full-color designs, creating strong visual impact.

Vivid colors, brilliant gloss, dynamic printing

Foil — Gold foil on smooth coated-paper packaging splits the light cleanly along one face the moment the box changes hands. As the box turns, the shine moves with it, building anticipation for what's inside before the wrapping comes off.

Spot UV (Epoxy) — Placing gloss only on logos or patterns across a matte package lets matte and shine sit on the same face of the box. The raised gloss reaches the fingertips the moment the box is held, turning the act of opening the package into something more deliberate.

How to Prepare Your Files

Die Line Size Safety Zone Design Size

Die Line Size The actual flat layout size (die line size) of the package.

Safety Zone Keep at least 3mm (0.12 inch) inside the die line on all sides.

Design Size Includes extra bleed area needed to produce the flat layout (die line) size.

Tip: Tell the AI assistant your L×W×H dimensions and it will calculate the flat layout size for you.

Keep at least 3mm (0.12 inch) between the trim line and safety zone on all sides.

It may be better to extend the bleed area more generously.
More is better than less.

Example Order Package Size (Flat Layout): 210×297mm (8.27×11.69 inch)

→ Safety zone: Keep at least 3mm margin inside each panel on all sides.

Do I need to provide the die-cut layout myself?

Just send us the basic layout — body, lid, etc. — and we'll draw the die-cut layout for you. If you already have one ready, we can use that as-is.

Are boxes shipped assembled?

Boxes ship flat with glue applied to 1 or 3 sides only. We don't ship fully assembled boxes.

What's the minimum order quantity for boxes?

The minimum order quantity is 200 boxes.

How much weight can a box hold?

Decide the right size and paper weight at the design stage, based on what you're packing. Design freely with the product's weight and volume in mind.

Are foil and embossing applied after assembly?

Foil and embossing are done before assembly, while the box is still flat. Keep these elements clear of die-cut lines and glue areas.

Are there standard box sizes?

There are no standard sizes — every box is custom-built. Design freely to fit your contents.

Can these boxes be used for food packaging?

Our boxes aren't made for food contact. They're not suitable for packaging that touches food directly — please use food-grade packaging instead.
