Thin paper lets light through like a curtain; thicker paper blocks it. For basic info flyers, thin is fine; for premium promo flyers, go thicker. Keep in mind that thicker paper costs more.
Offset printing is prone to fading with long outdoor exposure. For short-term handouts it's fine, but for long-term display, consider adding a laminate.
Yes, dedicated run flyers support custom sizes. Beyond A4 and A5, you can do formats like slim flyers (1/3 A4) or any size you need.
