Postal rates are set by the postal service and depend on whether your envelope is standard or non-standard. For exact pricing, please check with your post office or its website.
Beyond standard postal sizes like DL, C5, and A4, we can make all kinds of non-standard envelopes. Specialty sizes for gift certificates, lottery tickets, or business cards are all customizable. For postal-standard dimensions, check your post office's guidelines.
Yes, both foil and embossing are available. That said, embossing isn't ideal for envelopes that go through postal sorting since pressure can flatten it. Also check the postal service's automated-sort scan zone — print covering that area can block automated sorting. Avoid the glued areas in your design.
Jacket-style envelopes have the flap on the long edge, while standard envelopes have it on the short edge. Jacket-style works well for horizontal document envelopes, and standard style suits vertical ones.
