All transactions through this website shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court, Republic of Korea.
Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence.
International shipments are delivered under Incoterms® 2020 DAP (Delivered at Place).
All customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The carrier may require payment of such charges prior to delivery.
Failure to complete customs clearance or to pay applicable charges may result in the shipment being returned or disposed of, and in such cases, refunds may not be issued.
For customers using Korean freight forwarders (transfer agents), the Company's delivery obligation is deemed fulfilled upon delivery to the designated Korean domestic address. Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers at that point. Any subsequent international forwarding is a separate transaction between the customer and the freight forwarder.
All products sold on this website are custom-made to order based on customer specifications.
Pursuant to Article 17(2)(6) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, cancellation, return, or exchange is not permitted once production has commenced following customer approval of proofs or specifications.
Exceptions (eligible for return or refund):
To request a return or refund under the above conditions, customers must contact cs@forpli.com within 7 days of receipt and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
Where a return is approved due to Company fault, return shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
Consumers residing in the European Union, United Kingdom, California (USA), and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable local consumer protection laws.
Such mandatory rights shall prevail over any conflicting provisions in this notice.
